“Kipling” was co-bred by Idrigill and by Cheryl Sutton of Ontario. Direach means ‘Just So’ in Gaelic. The literary types out there will have twigged by now that the Just So Stories were written by Rudyard Kipling and will understand where she got her call name. Kipling showed promise as a puppy and was sent to Australia to try her luck there.
In her first 5 Championship shows entered in 2005, she has earned 4 C.C.’S and 3 Best of Breeds and was off to a great start. She also won Best Terrier in Group at an Open show. She apparently just loves it ‘down under’ and takes great pleasure in strutting her stuff for all the world to see.
August 27, 2005 - BOB in entry of 7 Skyes for 12 pts, and pulled for Group. August 28, 2005 - BOB in entry of 3 Skyes, and Best Terrier In Group for 25 more points of the 100 needed for her title. September 15th, 2005 - Bitch CC and runner-up BOB at the Melbourne Royal.
October 23rd, 2005 - Bitch CC and BOB to finish her Australian Championship at 20 months old. We are so proud of this beautiful girl.
FLASH! November 20th, 2005: Kipling goes BEST IN SHOW in an entry of over 1,000 dogs!
Kipling is owned by Owen Clark.
